In the help center you can type your question in your own words, for example "how do I email the meal plan to my patient?", and an AI assistant answers right away with the steps to follow.

**How do I open it?**

1. On any help center page, click the conversation icon at the top right (**Open assistant**). You can also choose **Assistant** from the search box.
2. Type your question in **Ask a question…** and press Enter.
3. The assistant answers in the language you asked in and links the article that explains it, in case you want to see the screenshots or the video.

You can keep asking in the same conversation. To start over, use the trash icon.

**Where do the answers come from?**

Only from the articles in this help center. If something isn't covered there, it tells you instead of making up an answer. It doesn't give nutrition or health advice: it answers questions about using Almendra.

**Didn't it solve your question?**

Click **Contact support** below the conversation. An email to soporte@almendra.io opens with what you asked, so you don't have to explain it again. If you're signed in to Almendra, you can also write to us from **Support** in your account.

If you ask a lot of questions in a row, the assistant will ask you to wait a few minutes before continuing.
