What are tags for in recipes?

Recipe tags in Almendra let you filter by category, such as Breakfast, to find the right recipe faster. Add as many relevant tags as you can.

What does it mean for a recipe to be public or private?

A private recipe in Almendra is seen only by you and your patients; a public one shows on your Personal Page and other nutritionists can use it.

If I edit a recipe, will it change in all the past meal plans that included it?

Editing a recipe in Almendra doesn't change current or past meal plans that include it; only meal plans you create afterward use the updated version.

My recipe doesn't appear in the meal plan search. How do I make it appear?

A recipe won't show up in the meal plan search if it's still pending or filters exclude Recipes. Click Finish recipe in Almendra and check filters.

How do I upload an image to a recipe?

To upload an image to a recipe in Almendra, turn on edit mode with Edit recipe and use the upload button that appears below the recipe photo.

How do I add my own recipe?

Create your own recipe in Almendra from Recipes > Add recipe: fill in ingredients, instructions, and a photo, then finish it to use it in your meal plans.
