What is a consultation package?

A consultation package bundles several appointments sold together. Create one in General Settings > Nutritional Packages and track payments in Almendra.

What is the Single Appointment?

The Single Appointment is Almendra's built-in one-visit package for patients without a bundle; rename it or change its price from the three-dot menu.

Where will my packages appear if I make them public?

Public packages are shown on your Almendra personal page. To hide one, edit it in Settings > Nutritional Packages and make it private.

How many packages can I add?

Almendra has no limit on consultation packages, so you can create as many nutritional packages as you need to offer your patients.

If I edit a package that is assigned to patients, will current patients be affected?

Editing a package in Almendra doesn't affect patients who already have it: they keep the original price and appointments. Changes apply to new assignments.

If I delete a package, will the patients who have that package be affected?

Deleting a package in Almendra doesn't affect patients who already have it, but you can't assign it to anyone again. This action can't be undone.

Where can I see how many patients have purchased a given package?

In Settings > Nutritional Packages in Almendra, each package shows how many times it has been purchased and how many patients are currently subscribed.

A patient bought a package a while ago but won't complete the remaining appointments. What can I do?

If a patient won't finish their consultation package, in Almendra you can unassign them from it or leave it as is so they pick up where they left off.
