What is a consultation package?

A package is a group of consultations that are usually sold as a whole to the patient. They are often referred to as “plans.“Here are some examples of packages:- 10 consultations Package (includes 10 consultations)- Summer Package (includes 5 consultations)- 3 for 2 Offer Package (includes 3 consultations)We recommend using packages to better monitor your patients. You can see data such as when their last consultation ended, how much they have already paid, how much is left to pay, etc.You can also see in your statistics which package is the most popular, and based on the data, you can make better decisions in the future.

To add a package, go to the general settings and enter the Nutritional Packages section. Click the “NEW PACKAGE” button.

After adding the package, you can assign it to your patients when starting or scheduling a consultation. You can also assign it from their profile.
