What happens if you exceed the number of active patients in the Free plan?

The Free plan allows you to use Almendra for free for as long as you want. You don’t need to enter your card details to get started. The Free plan has a limit of 3 active patients per period. This means that if you attend to a fourth patient in a month, you’ll need to upgrade your plan to Almendra Pro.When you perform an action that activates the fourth patient, you’ll see a banner on your home screen indicating that you have a maximum of 3 days to upgrade your plan to Pro, or your account will be restricted (until you upgrade).

Since we don’t want to hinder your practice, you can continue using the software freely for 1 day. Perhaps when you activated the fourth patient, you didn’t have your card on hand, which is why your account access isn’t immediately blocked.

Upgrading to Almendra Pro is very simple. Just click the green “Upgrade my plan” button at the top of your screen, enter your card details, and… done! You can continue using Almendra with all its features.
