What if my columns don't match yours?

Almendra auto-detects close matches (name/nombre, email/correo). The rest you map via a dropdown.

Does it keep my custom fields?

Yes. Create the custom fields in Almendra (`Settings → Custom fields`) and map them during upload.

Does it detect duplicates?

Yes. It checks by email and phone and shows duplicates before you confirm.

Can I undo the import if something looks off?

Yes. Every import is tagged and you can bulk-delete the imported records.

What if I have more than 1000 patients?

Works fine. For very large volumes (>5000) reach out and we'll do it with you.
