Clinical records with traceability

A timeline per client with the last entry date always visible: the value the retention period counts from.

Plans in minutes

Requirement calculation, your own templates, and a reusable recipe library built on ingredients available year-round.

Payments in pesos and instalments

Mercado Pago in local currency, tied to the consultation or package, with status visible from the record.

Per-user access, never shared

The duty of custody reaches everyone who touches the information. One account per person, revoked the day they leave.

Payments built for the Argentine market

Local currency and instalments decide whether the purchase completes. Offering only international cards leaves conversions behind.

  • Mercado Pago, charging in pesos
  • Instalment payments
  • Charge at booking, to cut no-shows
  • Session packages that deduct automatically

Law 25.326 and article 8

The law classifies health information as sensitive data, but article 8 expressly allows health science professionals to process it, respecting professional secrecy. It is a firmer basis than consent, because it does not collapse if the client withdraws.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to register my database?

The law provides for registering databases that exceed exclusively personal use, and a clinical records database does. Check the current AAIP procedure.

What if the software is hosted outside the country?

That involves an international transfer, conditioned on adequate safeguards. Ask your vendor for their processing agreement and document where data is hosted.

How long must I keep clinical records?

Article 18 of Law 26.529 sets a minimum of ten years from the last recorded entry. There is debate about the period after the Civil Code reform, so document the criterion you adopted.

Can I migrate from a spreadsheet?

Yes, and the recommended path is migrating only active clients and archiving the exported history. For a solo practice that is two to three weeks of spread-out work.
