Clinical records that hold up to an inspection

A timeline per client, per-user access, and a record of who opened what. What the GDPR expects when you process special categories of data.

Plans in minutes, not evenings

Requirement calculation, your own templates, and a reusable recipe library. The tool does the maths; the clinical judgement stays yours.

Payments in euros without chasing

Payment attached to the consultation or package, status visible from the client record, and history exportable for your accountant.

Your data stays yours

Full export whenever you want. Changing tools should never put your clinical record retention duty at risk.

Payments built for the Spanish market

Charge in euros through the channel your clients already use, with payment tied to the session so reconciliation stops being a month-end task.

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Charge at booking, to cut first-visit no-shows
  • Session packages that deduct automatically as they are used
  • Exportable history for your accountant

Ready for the GDPR and the LOPDGDD

The data you handle is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR, which raises the bar on safeguards. Per-user access, a second factor, and full export are the baseline; the rest is documentation you can assemble in a couple of afternoons.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a data processing agreement?

Yes. Any service processing your clients’ data on your behalf — your practice software included — needs an Article 28 contract. Always request it before signing up.

Can I export my data if I decide to move?

It should be a non-negotiable requirement in any tool you evaluate. Your duty to retain clinical records stays yours even after you stop using the software.

Does it work if I have clients outside Spain?

Yes, and it is worth reviewing the framework where your clients are. If you also practise in Latin America, there are country-specific guides.

How long does migrating from a spreadsheet take?

For a solo practice, two to three weeks of spread-out work, migrating only active clients and archiving the rest.
