WhatsApp reminders
Cut no-shows with automated WhatsApp reminders.
Almendra sends WhatsApp and email reminders 24h and 1h before every appointment. Your client confirms with a tap. You stop sending 'hey, are we still on for tomorrow?' at 11pm.
Email + WhatsApp on paid plans. No card to start.
LATAM professionals use Almendra to confirm appointments without chasing clients by DM.
WhatsApp + email
Reminders via email and WhatsApp 24h and 1h before. Your client gets the nudge where they'll actually read it.
Confirm with one tap
Clients confirm right from the message. Your calendar updates instantly. You see who's in and who's not, no asking.
Frictionless rescheduling
If the client taps 'Reschedule,' your booking link opens with your available slots. No DMs, no back-and-forth.
Built for practices that live in WhatsApp
Turn it on once. Almendra handles the rest.
The flow covers setup, the client message, and the status visible in your calendar.
