How do I make a meal plan day a day off?
To set a day off in a strict meal plan, leave the day without targets or mark it as Day off in the table view. Flexible meal plans don't allow days off.

You may be in one of these two cases:
-
You are just selecting the plan’s goals
-
You have already selected the plan’s goals, you are choosing foods, and you want a day to be a day off
Below we answer both situations:
* Note: It is not possible to set days off in a flexible meal plan.
1. You are just selecting the plan’s goals:
The idea is simple: if you want a day to be a day off, don’t give it any goals. In the example in the image below, we want Saturday and Sunday to be days off:

Once you’ve set goals for every day (except the days off, of course), click “Next”. The following window will appear:

Click “Select days as days off”, and you’ll go to the food selection step of the plan.
In the “Table” view, days off will show a gift above their names:

In the “By day” view, you’ll see a gift on each day off:

2. You have already selected the plan’s goals, you are choosing foods, and you want a day to be a day off:
If you are in the by-day view, click “Previous”, remove the goal from that day, and click “Next” again.
If you are in the table view, hover over the name of the day you want to make a day off and click the three-dot icon. Then click “Set as day off”:

A window will open; click “Yes, set as day off”. You’ll see the gift appear in place of the chart above that day’s column.
